These Terms govern access to Mesa de Casa. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions.

Mesa de Casa is an editorial recipe and meal-planning website. Legal questions, data requests and notices may be sent to contato@mesadecasa.com.br.
2. Content and artificial intelligence
Recipes, descriptions, estimates and other materials may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence and undergo an editorial process before publication. We do not claim that a recipe was physically tested unless a test is expressly recorded.
AI may produce inaccuracies. Check quantities, methods, dietary restrictions and safety conditions before cooking.
3. Culinary, nutrition and health information
Content is informational and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Nutrition values are estimates and vary by brand, substitution, serving and preparation.
Users are responsible for checking labels, allergens, cross-contamination and safe temperatures, and for deciding whether a dish is suitable.
4. Prices and currencies
Prices and charts are estimates associated, when possible, with a date, region, market and currency. They may be outdated and are not an offer or purchase guarantee. A baseline shown without history is a stable visual estimate, not an observed market change.
5. Accounts and reviews
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report misuse. Reviews may be moderated or removed if unlawful, abusive, deceptive, promotional or contrary to these Terms.
You retain rights in submitted content and grant Mesa de Casa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, format, display and distribute it while published.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate laws or third-party rights, access restricted areas, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, overload the service, collect personal data without authority, bypass controls or imply false authorship or endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The visual identity, editorial selection, text, images and code are protected under applicable law, excluding third-party and public-domain material. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed; substantial republication or commercial exploitation requires permission.
8. Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, price links and other features may rely on third parties under their own terms. Mesa de Casa does not control their availability, security or content.
9. Availability and liability
The website is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content or a particular cooking result. To the extent permitted by law, Mesa de Casa is not liable for indirect loss, lost data or decisions based solely on estimates.
Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
Access may be suspended for security, maintenance or breach. Material changes will carry a new update date. Brazilian law applies, without overriding mandatory local consumer rules or legally competent courts.
